I started at JSA on the 6^th of January 2025. My job entails answering the telephone, meeting and greeting clients and entering data onto internal systems. I also complete general administrative duties.

I finished school in 2024, and I left with 6 GCSE’S and 1 BTEC qualification. I am currently studying business administration at college alongside my apprenticeship position at JSA.

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, whether that’s going out for food, shopping or just spending time together. I also try and go to as many concerts as I can as that is something me and my sister both enjoy. I also love travelling to new places and going on holidays.
