We are pleased to announce a number of changes within our Grimsby practice, with Amber Lightfoot taking the role of Regional Partner. Amber has been with Jackson Stapleton Accountants for six years, running our Scunthorpe office for the last two. She brings this experience to Grimsby, where she will lead the team in continuing to deliver high standards of service and building strong relationships with our clients.
Amber will build upon the hard work of Stuart Rabin-Smith, who remains within the practice and takes the title of Limited Company and Personal Tax Partner. Stuart will focus on these areas, working alongside Amber to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients.
Amber will continue to be responsible for our Scunthorpe practice alongside her new role in Grimsby. The strength and experience of the teams across our offices make this possible, allowing Amber to support the development of the wider practice. Through this approach, we aim to improve service delivery and ensure our clients receive the same high standard of support across every office.
We are also delighted to welcome Adelina Nicolae, who joins the business as a Junior Accountant. We look forward to supporting Adelina as she develops her skills and begins her career with us.
We are confident these changes will enable Alex Dellow to take a more active role in the day-to-day management of the business, while Maiya Welby will become more involved in elements of our service delivery. Together, these developments will strengthen the support we provide to our clients and help the team continue to grow.
Alongside these team changes, we are beginning a much-needed refresh of our Grimsby office. We will give clients as much notice as possible before work takes place, including details of any impact on visits or access to the office. Over the coming months, we hope you will notice the office becoming a more welcoming and usable space for clients and colleagues alike.
