When did you start working here?

I started working for Fawcett & Co in June 1992 originally as Junior Filing Clerk and this lead to new opportunities within the admin team.

What do you do day to day?

As well as dealing with clients over the telephone, I also deal with clients that call in the office and deal with day to day queries and assist where possible. I have taken on many new roles since our office merged in November 2021, where I now deal with a new computerised system, liase with HMRC, prepare payments for banking and distribute post. I am also happy to assist colleagues where needed.

What qualifications and experience do you have?

I left school with 6 GCSEs and attended Intec Business College where I gained RSA Pitman Level I, II and 111 before starting at Fawcett & Co in June 1992, these qualifications then helped me to progress to the use of a computer.

What do you like about working here?

I like working at Fawcett & Co as we are all part of one big Team – my colleagues are always available and approachable

What do you enjoy doing when you're not working?

When not working I enjoy spending quality time with my family and close friends.  I love holidaying in St Ives and September 2022 had a new addition to our family called Oscar, our very hyperactive Cockapoo, whom we as a family enjoy taking on adventurous walks.
