Liaise with Client Managers regarding new clients, set new clients up on our systems and also contact clients ensuring they are happy with the services we are providing. Plus other administration duties and assisting the Administration Department – my role is very diverse, which is just how I love it.
I have 11 GCSEs, Clait 1, RSA Integrated Business and Technology Stage II, City and Guilds qualification in SageLine 50.
I have over 20 years administration experience, in different working environments, from banking, factories, engineering, a care home group, to an overseas holiday company. My duties included: accounts administration, debt collection, general administration duties, order processing, marketing, customer services, sales and rental agent.
We are a family, and a growing one too. We are all there for each other and support one another. Couldn’t ask for a better place to work and I enjoy coming in every day as each day is different.
Travelling abroad and in the UK with my son and also partner and his children.
Theme party weekends, no weekend is ever the same in our house, if there is someone’s birthday or a special occasion my “theme night” head comes on and the house is transformed into many different things, the latest was a murder mystery movie premiere night, where all guests had to take on a character talk to the paparazzi, walk the red carpet and work out Who Done It!
I also really enjoy spending to time in the kitchen cooking and baking, I class this as my “downtime” although not relaxing as such I love creating nice meals for my family and friends.
Another favorite of mine is painting and being all arty, I love creating something special and for Christmas did a painting for my partner as his main present (be worth millions when I’m dead)
